At Nellie’s we are proud to participate in the Youth and Philanthropy Initiative (YPI), recognizing the importance of educating young people about the systemic issues of gender-based violence, poverty and homelessness, giving them the power to affect change.
How You Can Get Involved
Are you a group of YPI students interested in learning more about Nellie’s and the impact we have in your community?
To get started, you’ll need to set up an appointment to meet with a member of staff, who will share their experience of working with women and their children at Nellie’s.
This meeting is also an opportunity for you to learn more and ask any questions you may have about our programs and services, history, vision, mission and values, education and advocacy work, funding sources, and special events and community support.
